With over a decade of experience, having honed my craft alongside titans of the culinary world at Eleven Madison Park and cherished vegan havens like Modern Love and Garden Carver, my journey is one of reverence for both tradition and innovation.

My passion lies in reimagining beloved dishes, transforming traditional favorites into plant-based masterpieces that celebrate both flavor and sustainability.

For me, cooking is a love letter to Gaia herself — an art form, a political statement, and above all, a catalyst for change. It is an experience meant to nourish not only the body but the soul.

I believe in creating food that is as compassionate as it is delicious, a harmonious fusion of sustainability, creativity, and flavor that delights the senses.
